Hello, I am Elaine

Autism Spectrum Disorder Specialist, LGBTQIA, Licensed Mental Health Counselor

My core belief is that all human beings are magnificent creations of the Divine, and have amazing gifts, regardless of disability, past traumas, or mental health challenges.
I believe that all people have the right to express their gifts, have a satisfying life, and I take this belief into the therapy session. All those with whom I have the privilege to work are treated gently and respectfully, with a focus on strengths rather than weaknesses.

ABOUT ME

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Dedicated To Your Well-being

My passion for empowering people began in childhood and led me to study psychology at the University of Washington.

I found my calling working with autistic clients while studying at Antioch University, which inspired me to open my private practice in 2005. Since then, I’ve helped people across the spectrum, from autism to anxiety to trauma, by blending my psychology expertise with genuine care for each person’s unique needs.

Though I’ve recently moved to California, I remain dedicated to my Washington State clients through telehealth. My goal is to gently guide you toward healing, self-acceptance, and purpose.
